Introduction
Long before TikTok arrived and before "shorts" became popular on YouTube, I have set (in Spring 2015) a guitar challenge for myself:
"Write a song on the electric guitar, but it must not be longer than 1 minute!"
After some refinements and some finetuning (without perfectionism), my song Bong Breaker was created, which is popular to this day and has over 90k views.
Actually I then wanted to continue with this tradition, but haven't released another 1-Minute-Song yet.
But we'll see, maybe something new is coming!

Concluding I can only say that I really recommend trying such Challenges! Because of the 60-second limitation your creative brain will gain momentum and there's less danger of your song material ending up in the digital trash bin.
